25mm Thick GRP Grating panels, sold in single panels. The grating has a 32mm hole (38mm centre to centre of load 25mm bar) and has a 25mm non slip grating top surface.
The 25mm thick open mesh fibreglass floor grating comes in a choice of three colours, Grey, Green or Safety Yellow. The largest stock panel size is 3660 x 1220mm with a medium at 3010 x 996mm and small at 1985 x 996mm.
A standard ISO resisn system is used in all standard 25mm thick grating panels which has good chemical resistancy and is fire retardant that meets BS476 standard.

The following is designed to help when calculating an acceptable deflection rate: For pedestrian traffic, the deflection of a floor panel under the design load shall not exceed 10mm or 1/200th of the span, whichever is the lesser. The difference in level between a loaded and a neighbouring unloaded flooring shall not exceed 4mm.
Deflections rates taken from BS4592-0:2006.
Below load data is for a concentrated load, a point load of approx. 300x300mm square similar to pedestrian loadings.
